It started with a walk—and a question.
Have you ever wondered what's behind moments of intellectual clarity amidst chaos? The offhand comment that provides the missing piece, or the chance encounter that changed everything?
After years of working in design, strategy, and innovation, I’d experienced these countless times, but this time, instead of just accepting these moments as random occurrences, I found myself wondering: what if they weren’t random at all? What if there was something more at work?
I've now spent years studying the patterns behind these "a-ha's". My conclusion: there’s a practice hidden inside each one of them and what we often think of as luck, "serendipity" is actually a practice of transforming the unexpected into positive outcomes.
